Top-flight Italian soccer side Atalanta have extended their partnership with Veratour.
The Italian travel agent initially signed a deal to serve as the Serie A outfit’s shirt sponsor for the first half of the 2017/18 season, and has now agreed to retain the same role for the remainder of the campaign.
As part of the agreement, Veratour will continue to benefit from a prominent presence at the club’s Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia home. The financial terms of the contract have not been made public.
The deal is only valid for domestic competitions. Chemicals, plastics and synthetic fibres company RadiciGroup serves as Atalanta’s shirt sponsor in the Uefa Europa League, Europe’s second-tier club competition.
Atalanta moved up to seventh in Serie A following their 2-1 win away to AS Roma on Saturday. They play their next fixture at home to league leaders Napoli on 21st January.
