Odgers Berndtson appoints Euan Frizzell

Euan Frizzell has been named as principal of global sports practice at leading global executive search firm Odgers Berndtson.

Frizzell will be based in London and his new role will focus on C-suite corporate sport appointments. He will also be responsible for continuing to grow the Odgers Sports Performance division globally. He will report directly to Simon Cummins, managing partner of Global Sports Practice.

The Scot has over 14 years’ experience working with international organisations across a wide range of sectors including consumer, sport, media and entertainment. He has spent the last seven years at Nolan Partners, where he specialised in sport, placing over 200 senior executives into sports organisations across soccer, rugby, motorsport, cricket, mass participation events and golf.

“We are delighted to welcome Euan to our global sports team,” said Simon Cummins, global managing partner of Odgers Sports Practice. “He brings an outstanding track record and reputation and will be a huge asset to the team and our clients.

“Euan’s additional specialist expertise across performance sport is opportune as we continue to see the appointment process for performance roles evolve and an increasing demand from clients for access to a truly global network, quality process and rigorous assessment.”
