Top-tier German soccer side Stuttgart have appointed Heiko Stroh as their new head of international development.
In his new position, he will report directly to marketing and sales director Jochen Röttgermann.
Stroh joins the Bundesliga outfit from sports content provider Plazamedia, where he has served as the director of marketing and sales for the past one and a half years.
Prior to that, Stroh was the senior manager of marketing and sales from April 2012 to September 2016 at Perform Media Germany and sports data provider Opta.
His other previous employment included working at the service provider BTD Group, from 2006 to 2010.
He studied Oriental, Political and Economic Sciences in Shanghai and Hong Kong.
