Sports data and intelligence company STATS has appointed Troy Anderson as its new chief product and technology officer.
Working with STATS clients including technology and media companies, teams and leagues, Anderson will oversee product management and development, managing and enhancing the Chicago-based company’s current product offerings and ‘accelerating new market opportunities’.
A former NCAA Division One athlete, Andersen has extensive experience in the software and data sectors, having previously worked in C-level positions for the likes of Snapfish, Urban Airship and iModules Software.
“Troy’s impressive background, his experience developing product solutions for some of world’s biggest companies, as well as his own prior success as an elite athlete, make him a unique fit for us here at STATS,” said Kenneth Fuchs, the company’s chief executive.
