CSM Sport and Entertainment has announced the appointment of Mark Bustard as its first head of fan engagement.
Bustard joins the sports and entertainment agency to improve fan engagement opportunities for the company’s clients.
He brings 15 years of experience across the live events industry to the position, having worked most recently as a show producer for the London New Year’s Eve fireworks display.
In his new role, Bustard will aim to accelerate ongoing growth in fan engagement projects and provide leadership, support and advice across CSM.
His responsibilities will include the creative and production delivery of fan parks, tours, roadshows and one-off events for the company’s clients.
Bustard was previously the creative producer for the band U2, and project director for sporting events including the Olympic Heroes Parade in Manchester and rugby union’s Rugby World Cup 2015 Central London fan zone, which included a live screening of the final at Trafalgar Square.
