National Hockey League (NHL) team Arizona Coyotes have hired former Anaheim Ducks executive Ari Segal as their new chief operating officer.
Segal was previously a special assistant to Anaheim’s chief executive Michael Schulman and was president of business operations, and previously worked as an associate in the sports practice at McKinsey and Company, a New York-based management consulting firm.
"We are very pleased to have Ari join our organisation," said Coyotes president Anthony LeBlanc. "Ari is intelligent, creative and passionate and we look forward to him bringing new and intriguing ideas to the Coyotes front office. We recently made some very positive changes to our hockey operations department and we are confident that the addition of Ari will enhance our business operations.”
