Stade Rennais, the French soccer club, has expanded its shirt sponsorship agreement with the Crédit Mutuel bank.
The bank's logo appeared on the Rennes shirt this week in the Coupe de la Ligue, when the club eliminated Ligue 1 rivals Sochaux from the competition. Crédit Mutuel will sponsor Rennes' entire cup campaign, in a partnership that is expected to be worth a six-figure sum to the club.
Rennes have never won the Coupe de la Ligue, although they have two French Cup titles to their name.
