Poinsettia Bowl renews partnership with title sponsor

The Poinsettia Bowl will continue to be named after the San Diego County Credit Union after its partnership was extended to cover this December, with options for 2010 and 2011.
As part of the agreement, the San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl will donate US$1 for every ticket sold to the San Diego Chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The non-profit San Diego Bowl Game Association, which produces the game, also produces the Pacific Life Holiday Bowl.
"We are excited to extend our title sponsorship of the Poinsettia Bowl," chief executive Irene Oberbauer told the Credit Union Times. "We are committed to the success of this great event and proud to continue the partnership with the game's beneficiary, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of San Diego."
