PetroVietnam Gas keeps faith in V-League

PetroVietnam Gas will spend another US$660,000 to be exclusive sponsor of the Vietnamese National Football Championship, the V-League, for a fourth successive year.
The competition, which is entering its 30th year, will continue to be called the PetroVietnam Gas V-League. In 2009 it had the fifth highest average attendance of any soccer league in Asia, with 10,526 spectators per game.
As part of the sponsorship, PetroVietnam Gas will pay US$50,000 in prize money to the teams that finish in first, second and third.
