Swiss clothing supplier Odlo will be the new title sponsor of the Biathlon World Team Challenge, held at Schalke 04's Veltins-Arena on Monday 28 December.

The event will draw more than 50,000 fans, and organisers claim four million television viewers will watch the two-hour broadcast on ARD. It will be the seventh edition of the event.

"It is nice that Odlo seeks not only pure advertising presence, but, in the next few years, wants to implement many accompanying measures ," said Ruediger Mengede, managing director of the Veltins-Arena operating company. "For that we are the right partner."

All staff and volunteers at the event will be outfitted in Odlo gear.
