Dutch soccer club Vitesse Arnhem has signed a new shirt sponsor, with internet broker Zuka replacing Afab on the players' kits.
Afab's agreement with the club will be downgraded to a partnership agreement, which will run until the summer of 2011, as will the new shirt sponsorship deal with Zuka. Afab has sponsored the team for the last five and a half seasons.
"It is nice that at an early stage we can say that the sponsorship is completed," said vitesse chief executive Paul van der Kraan. "That is a crucial amount within the budget of a football club."
Vitesse currently sit tenth in the 18-team Eredivisie. The club qualified for European competition nine times between 1991 and 2002 but has struggled to reach the same level in recent seasons.
