Anythony Newcombe, a co-founder and principal of Anjet, said of the deal: "The LPGA's dedication to fan satisfaction, coupled with its commitment to celebrating the accomplishments of women through sport, charities and community involvement - all similar interests of ANJET - make this alliance a suitable fit."

According to the company, Anjet, which is based in California, already serves a diverse clientele including "prominent figures in the worlds of technology, politics, entertainment, sports, and real estate."

The LPGA's executive vice president for tournament development and worldwide sales, Zaya Calderon added: "Our businesses share many of the same ideals, including an emphasis on providing our customers and fans with the best possible experience."
