Dynamo Dresden have secured another commericial partnership, signing with construction wholesaler HTI Dinger & Hortmann, in a deal negotiated by international agency Sportfive.

The club was one of the most successful clubs in East German soccer, winning nine league titles between its foundation in 1950 and German reunification. However, it was relegated from the Bundesliga, the top flight of German soccer, in 1995, and has since slumped to the third tier.

"We care deeply about Dynamo Dresden. Like our company, the club is firmly rooted in the city and this region. We would like to continue taking responsibility for SGD as a Dynamo partner, as we absolutely believe in their performance," said Thomas Dinger, chief executive of HTI Dinger & Hortmann. "The outstanding VIP facilities at the Rudolf Harbig Stadium are the perfect setting for cultivating existing contacts and building loyalty among new customers."

Dynamo's marketing director Markus Hendel added: "We're very pleased to have signed another partner for Dynamo. Our new stadium offers sponsors ideal conditions for networking with employees and business partners in a non-business setting. The great appeal our new home pitch holds for businesses is based in particular on the blend of business and the emotionality of sports."
