Copart has added another Nascar event to its portfolio, and will back the Nascar Camping World Truck Series race at Gateway International Raceway in September.
The race, which will be rebranded as the Copart 200, will see the company's branding displayed extensively. Copart representatives will also be interviewed on MRN radio - the voice of Nascar, and will be given the opportunity to wave the green flag to start the race.
"We are proud to sponsor this race at Gateway International Raceway near St. Louis, MO., and look forward to the variety of opportunities it provides us to get the message out that Copart is the best place to find cars," said Copart president Jay Adair. "This sponsorship is just one more way Copart is showing its commitment to increasing buyer awareness by reaching out to Nascar fans and letting them know about the extensive inventory of vehicles available on Copart.com. It also furthers our goal of making Copart a household name among car fanatics everywhere."
Marcus Lemonis, chairman of Camping World, added: "Camping World is actively working to bring new and relevant companies like Copart to the Nascar Camping World Truck Series. Copart is a great company and they have quickly become one of the leading supporters of the Series, its member tracks, and the teams."
