Annualised value: n/a
Overall value: US$84 million

The Chicago Cubs have reached a tentative agreement for an US$84 million training facility that would see the franchise keep its spring training home in Mesa, Arizona.

The Cubs have been exploring other options after half a century in Arizona, but now look set to stay for another 25 years. As part of the lease agreement, a new complex exclusively for the Cubs will include a 15,000-seat stadium, offices, training rooms and four full-sized practice fields.

The Cubs will have control of signage within the ground and, reportedly, control of naming rights for the facility.
