Agency appointed to earn millions for Thai national teams

The Thai Polo and Equestrian Club has appointed a leading marketing consultant to bring in a projected US$4.5 million of sponsorship for the club and the Thai national teams.
The money will come from a range of sponsorships on offer from the agency, which hopes to draw US$1.5 million for sponsorship of the club and the men's and women's national teams, as well as US$1 million for each of three events over the next two years - the South-East Asia Championship later this year and the 2010 editions of the Thai Polo Open and the Queens Cup Pink Polo. Should it achieve its ambitious goals, the agency stands to earn US$500,000.
