Aaron's, Inc. will spend a six-figure sum to sponsor Michael Waltrip at Talladega Superspeedway in April.
Aaron's will sponsor the Prism Motorsports No. 55 in the Aaron's 499 in celebration of its 55th year. Waltrip has made 760 career Sprint Cup starts and finished 18th in the Daytona 500 in February.
Waltrip has devoted more time to ownership of Michael Waltrip Racing than driving himself this season. His team fields Toyotas for David Reutimann's No. 00 and Martin Truex Jr.'s No. 56 entries.
Prism Motorsports will field the No. 55 for Waltrip and the No. 66 for Dave Blaney at Talladega.
