The Yankees, currently taking on the Philadelphia Phillies in the World Series, could play as many as four games at the stadium, with 'each valued about 30 per cent more to city businesses than an ordinary Major League Baseball playoff game,' according to Bloomberg.

The EDC, added Bloomberg, 'estimated this month that each playoff game already played in earlier rounds was worth US$6.7 million in direct spending and US$11.9 million in total economic impact to the city.'
